Meade® Variable Tele-Extender

The Meade Variable Tele-Extender is an essential accessory for eyepiece projection photography of the Moon and planets through any Meade LX-series telescope. It permits a continuous range of projection magnifications – which is of particular value in high-resolution lunar and planetary photography applications.The Variable Tele-Extender attaches to the outer-diameter threads of your telescope's eyepiece-holder and accepts insertion of an eyepiece of 15mm to 32mm focal length. The 35mm camera body couples to the Tele-Extender by means of a T-Mount, which is available separately. The Tele-Extender also works with other Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes.Note: The Variable Tele-Extender also works with ED Apochromatic Refractors. Just add the Universal Thread Adapter along with the T-Mount to the Adapter to begin your photographic applications.
